Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture

The Ministry of Environment and Agriculture deals with fundamental questions of agricultural, forestry, hunting and environmental policy. In addition, it is also responsible for the protection and management of waters, nature conservation and landscape conservation, agricultural promotion and land lease. A further area of responsibility is the maintenance of safety in nuclear technology, radiation protection and supervision under the Atomic Energy Act.
