Ministry of Justice

The main tasks of the Ministry of Justice are to deal with constitutional questions at federal and state level as well as the organization of the different Saxon courts. It is also responsible for the drafting of legal acts, clarifies the affairs of lawyers and notaries, and controls the institutions of law enforcement in Saxony.
